The Music Center offers discounted tickets to high school students, college students and senior citizens on space available basis for all dance engagements. Rush Tickets are available in person at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion Box Office on the day of performance ONLY. One Hundred Student and Senior Rush tickets are available at selected dance engagements. Each student or senior may purchase only one ticket per ID and must be present in person at the box office to purchase the ticket. The Box Office will not "hold" rush tickets at the Box Office Window for will-call. Seating is at the discretion of the Box Office. When two people are present together at the Box Office to purchase two tickets, there is no guarantee that they will be seated together.

High School & College student/Senior rush tickets may be purchased with cash only - no credit cards or checks will be accepted.

Rush Ticket Pricing for the 2008-2009 Season is $15.00 per ticket.

Time of Sale
A limited number of High School/College student and Senior Rush Tickets are available for purchase only on the day of the performance. Rush Ticket sales begin 90 minutes prior to the curtain and are available until curtain time or until the allocation has been exhausted - whichever occurs first.

The number of Rush Tickets is decided on a performance by performance basis. Please contact customer service (213-972-0711) after 10am on the day of the performance you wish to attend for Rush Ticket availability. Sales of Rush Tickets will end once the last ticket has been purchased even if that is prior to the time listed above. However, please note that the lowest ticket price for a Dance at the Music Center performance is still an affordable $25 or $30 dollars depending on the engagement.

Eligibility
High School & College students must show proof of full time registration in the current semester. This may be a dated student ID that includes proof of full time registration or a registration card showing a full load for the current semester. For performances occurring between May and September, proof of registration in the spring semester or upcoming fall semester will be sufficient.

Senior citizens must provide a driver's license, California Identification card or other photo ID that shows proof of age 65 or over.
